You will know from the moment you see the immaculately carved, custom made door that this chalet is meant to impress! This solid home is made completely of massive golden logs and beautiful tongue and groove pine floors. The lofty gabled ceilings and huge cathedral windows give the whole chalet a bright and cozy feel. In the centre of the great room stands a towering river rock fireplace that is sure to astonish your guests. The two sided natural gas fireplace sends added warmth to the adjacent large island kitchen. Past the kitchen is the access to the expansive covered outdoor patio featuring a mammoth hot tub and fantastic log work all set in front a tranquil cedar forest setting. There are 6 bedrooms in total with 2 on the main floor and two on the upper floor, and 2 on the lower level. The main 2 bedrooms are beautiful decorated and feature one with a king size bed with a private ensuite, while the other room has a single bunk bed. The unique double mezzanine design on the upper level creates an open walkway across the great room from each of the 2 upper bedrooms. These bedrooms are both large with queen sized beds and separate balcony walkouts with one featuring a full ensuite. As well, both upper level bedrooms have a pull-out couch as well as a fold out futon. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with a double/single bunk. If you can imagine a true log mountain chalet that is designed and furnished with an eye for perfection, you would be imagining Snow Valley Log Chalet.
